Yes, The University of Technology (UTech) accepts graduates of our Pre-Law Certificate Programme and provides them guaranteed entry into their Faculty of Law once they meet the agreed ILE/UTech GPA entry requirements for the University’s law program.
Not yet, we are in the process of acquiring accreditation, however the Ministry of Education acknowledges our programs and we are provisionally registered with the Ministry.
The requirements for the Pre-Law Programme are Five (5) CXC CSEC subjects which MUST include English A and any other four (4) subjects.
The requirements for the Paralegal Programme are Three (3) CXC CSEC subjects which MUST include Mathematics OR Principles of Accounts (POA), English A and any other subject.

For courses taken in KINGSTON:
-Face to Face Delivery- One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) which is inclusive of registration and administrative fees.
-Online classes- Eighty-Five Thousand Dollars ($85,000.00) which is inclusive of registration and administrative fees.
For courses taken Montego Bay or any other Parish:
Online Classes- Ninety Thousand Dollars ($90,000.00) which is inclusive of registration and administrative fees.

Yes, they can, what we offer to those students is a Conditional Acceptance which means they can sit the subject while doing the required subject(s)* but they will not receive their Certificate until they provide us proof with a passing grade in the outstanding subject(s).

Our payment plans are flexible, students are asked to pay 35% of their tuition fee plus registration & administrative fees before they begin classes and then will have three (3) additional months to pay the remaining balance on terms discussed.

Yes, we accept both cash and card (debit and credit) in office. However, we do not accept NCB keycards. You may also do an online transfer, for any fee payable to ILE.
The economics aspect of ILE is heavily connected to our sensitizations and trainings through or Project Consultancies. We will however in the near future have courses in Economics, to assist persons with retooling themselves in the area of Economics.
Yes, we have but are pursuing the option of acquiring Institutional Accreditation otherwise at this time.
Traditionally, we offer both courses in. Kingston, and in St. James (Montego Bay) at the University of Technology Campus. However, in light of recent circumstances surrounding COVID19, we currently offer BOTH Online and Face to face classes in Kingston and Online ONLY for Montego Bay and other parts of Jamaica.

While contracted to the DBJ who funded our program BEEP, one of the objectives of the project was to assist SMEs with their business registration. However, the project has since ended and no longer offers that business support service. We do however provide business guidance/advice and only offer the Registration service to young entrepreneurs under the project “Pitch It!” being done in partnership with the Organization of American States
The current cost of business name registration is $2,500 JMD. You may contact the Companies Office of Jamaica for more information.

However, the project has since ended in 2016 and no longer offers that hand holding service but rather gives advice in the area and may recommend you to persons who can assist in provide the service.

The Development Bank of Jamaica and ILE first partnered in 2011, where DBJ were the main funders of a project that ILE managed and implemented across the island, assisting MSMEs to formalize their business activities.

Case Management:
No, we are rather classified as a consultant managing and implementing projects, one of which focuses on the Case Management of unattached/ at risk youth from the Juvenile Justice System.
ILE had the opportunity to interact with youth through 3 major projects: A) The A New Path Project funded by the UASID and externally managed by the Organization of the American States (OAS) Reintegrating Youth from the Juvenile Justice System back to their families, schools and communities. B) The Project Gold Project – which offered social intervention for at risk youth in traditionally violent community of August Town. This project offered at risk youth the space and time to properly manage their behavior and social norms with the use of sports. C) The CEBO project -Creativity for Employment and Business Opportunity – gave youth with the budding spirit of entrepreneurship the opportunity, to brainstorm, develop and actualize their entrepreneurial ideas with guidance from a skilled team of ILE Business advisors. The project was managed by the CARICOM Secretariat and funded by the European Union (EU) via funding through the 10th Economic Development Fund (EDF)
ILE has facilitated trainings on behalf of the HEART Trust NTA. One of the most recent being the HOPE Programme which has assisted with the reintegration of a number of our A New Path Youth to skilled training programs.
As an arrangement under the A New Path Project, we had available an on call counselor to assist with addressing the emotional and psychological challenges of our youth.
No. Through the A New Path project our contracted Case Managers may accompany youth in conflict with the law to Family/ Children’s Court however otherwise there is no connection.
We have facilitated the arrangement of internships or assisted with job placement through the A New Path Project’ s Apprenticeship program

TILA operations:
TILA is formally known as Turner Broadcasting Systems now known as Turner International Latin America Network. ILE is currently contracted by TILA as their local agent, managing the relations with all the cable operators showing their channels and their head office in Argentina.
