The LCF "Earn as You Learn" Training Programme is designed to empower micro and small enterprises (MSEs) and at-risk youth in vulnerable communities through targeted entrepreneurial training. Delivered through two tailored tracks—SME and Youth—the programme provides comprehensive training in business development, financial literacy, legal compliance, and networking.

Participants benefit from hands-on coaching, access to technology, and practical tools to improve operational efficiency, formalize their ventures, and pursue sustainable growth. The Youth Track places a strong emphasis on innovation and collaboration, equipping young participants with the skills and resources needed to build viable enterprises and contribute meaningfully to community development.
