The AHF (AIDS Healthcare Foundation) Summer Employment & Training Programme is designed for young Jamaicans aged 17–24, providing meaningful opportunities for real-world work experience and skill development during the summer months. The programme aims to empower youth and equip them to make a positive impact in their communities. The Institute of Law & Economics (ILE) serves as the training partner for the entrepreneurship component of the programme, helping participants to explore business concepts, develop innovative ideas, and build essential entrepreneurial skills. Each year, the programme culminates in a dynamic Pitch Tank Competition, where participants showcase their business ideas before a panel of judges.
